PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

The following procedures are applied to ensure secure payment and smooth delivery of your orders when shopping at www.fitppf.com .

1. PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Credit Card / Debit Card: You can make secure payments on our site with Mastercard, Visa, and other accepted credit cards. Our payment infrastructure complies with international security standards (SSL/3D Secure).

  • Currency: Transactions will be charged in the currency you select on the site.

2. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CENTER

  • Operations Center: Although ARDTESTRA LLC is an American company, all our logistics operations and shipments are handled from our warehouse in Turkey (Bursa) .

  • Delivery Time:

    • Orders within Turkey: Delivered within 1-3 business days.

    • International Orders: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, although this may vary depending on the region.

  • Order Preparation: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day or at the latest the next business day, depending on stock availability.

3. SHIPPING FEES

  • Free Shipping: For orders exceeding the purchase limit stated on our website (e.g., 1000 TL or more, or the equivalent in foreign currency), the shipping fee is covered by ARDTESTRA LLC .

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below a specified limit, the shipping fee will be calculated and added to the total amount on the payment screen.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND CUSTOMS (IMPORTANT)

For shipments outside of Türkiye (Export):

  • Customs Duties: When your order arrives in the destination country, import VAT, customs duties , or customs processing charges may apply according to that country's customs regulations.

  • Liability: These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are entirely the responsibility of the BUYER .

  • In cases where packages cannot be delivered due to the recipient's failure to pay customs fees, return shipping and storage costs will be charged to the recipient.

5. PACKAGING AND PRODUCT CONTENTS

Due to the sensitive nature of Paint Protection Film (PPF) products, our shipments are handled with the highest level of protection:

  • Special Packaging: Products are shipped in sturdy cylindrical boxes that are resistant to breakage and crushing.

  • Package Contents: Each order includes; Original Roll of Product, Free Test Sample (for pre-application testing), and a 5-Year Warranty Certificate issued in your name/license plate number.

6. CARGO TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and/or phone number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment in real time. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the system, depending on the shipping company's workload.

7. DAMAGED DELIVERIES

Things to keep in mind when receiving your package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package is crushed, wet, punctured, or torn.

  • Have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" .

  • The buyer is responsible for any damaged products received without a damage report being filed.
