SECTION 2: SALES POLICY

2.1. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders placed through the website will be processed after payment confirmation is received.

2.2. Delivery and Shipping

  • Operations Center: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in Turkey (Bursa) for fast delivery.

  • Damage Inspection: The buyer is responsible for inspecting the package for damage upon delivery. Damaged, broken, or wet packages should not be accepted, and a damage report must be filed.

2.3. "Test Sample First" Principle: Due to the sensitive nature of Transparent Vehicle Protection Film (PPF) products, our sales are based on a "Sample Shipment" principle.

  • A free test sample is included with every order.

  • The buyer should try this sample before opening the main product.

  • If the buyer is not satisfied with the sample, they can return the main product without opening it .

  • Return requests (except for defective goods) will not be accepted once the main product's packaging or protective seal has been opened.

2.4. Warranty Terms

  • PPF products sold are covered by a 5-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, and manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover faulty installation (improper assembly), external impacts, or chemical burns.

2.5. International Sales (Exports) For orders placed from outside Turkey, customs duties and import costs in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.
