CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

As ARDTESTRA LLC ("Seller"), your satisfaction with the products you purchase from www.fitppf.com is important to us. Due to the delicate nature of our products (PPF - Paint Protection Film), we apply the following special procedures in the return process.
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy: Returned products must be in their original packaging , unused, uncut, and in a resalable condition.

Shipping Costs: In cases of "voluntary returns" (such as cancellation, dissatisfaction, etc.) excluding defective or incorrectly shipped products, return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the Buyer .
2. "TEST SAMPLE FIRST" SYSTEM AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To guarantee customer satisfaction and prevent incorrect orders, we send a free test sample with every order.

Step 1: When your shipment arrives, before opening the main roll package, locate the small test sample that came inside the box or with it.

Step 2: Test this sample on a small section of your vehicle for adhesion, flexibility, and gloss.

Step 3 (If you are satisfied): If you are satisfied with the sample, you can open the packaging of the main product and apply it.

Step 4 (If You Are Not Satisfied): If you don't like the sample, DO NOT OPEN the box or protective cellophane (liner) of the main product. You can return the unopened original product and get your money back.
IMPORTANT: Opening the main roll packaging after testing the sample means you approve the product. Returns based on "I didn't like it" will not be accepted after this stage.
3. SITUATIONS WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The transparent protective layer (liner/backing paper) on the product has been removed.

The product has been cut with scissors or a knife.

The product has been attempted to be applied to the vehicle, or has already been applied.

The product has been exposed to chemical substances (detergent, thinner, etc.).

Returned without or damaged original hard cylinder case and packaging.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

Notification: Please send your return request, including your order number and reason for return, to info@fitppf.com via email.

Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Code and Return Warehouse Address (Turkey/Bursa Warehouse).

Shipping: Place the product in its original cylindrical box to prevent damage during transport. Write the return code on the box and hand it over to the courier.

Inspection and Return: Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it is inspected by our quality control team (checking for unopened rolls). For approved returns, the refund will be credited to your card/account within 7-14 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All our products are shipped in special shock-resistant packaging.

If you notice that the package is crushed, broken, wet, or damaged upon delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE.

Have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package.

Please report the situation immediately via our WhatsApp line at +90 551 341 31 99 or by email. A replacement product will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Neither the shipping company nor our company accepts responsibility for damaged products received without a damage report being filed.
