BUYER: https://fitppf.com Any natural or legal person who places an order through the website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Parties in relation to the sale and delivery of Paint Protection Film (PPF) products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, within the framework of international e-commerce standards and consumer protection legislation.

3. PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS

  • Payment: Payments are collected in advance using the methods offered (Credit Card, etc.) during the order process (checkout).

  • Delivery Location: Products are shipped from our warehouse in Turkey (Bursa) . Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Customs and Taxes:

    • No taxes are levied on exports from Türkiye.

    • Import Taxes: Any import VAT, customs duties, or customs processing charges that may arise according to the customs regulations of the buyer's country are entirely the responsibility of the buyer . These costs are not included in the product price.

    • Refusal to Accept Delivery: If the buyer fails to pay customs fees or refuses to accept the package, the resulting return shipping costs, warehousing costs, and other expenses will be charged to the buyer or deducted from the refund amount.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND "TEST SAMPLE FIRST" SYSTEM

  • Sample Policy: To guarantee customer satisfaction, we send a free test sample with every roll shipped.

  • Procedure: The buyer must test this sample on the vehicle before opening the main product packaging.

  • Return Policy: If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality after trying the sample, they can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Policy: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the main product (roll) must be unopened, unused, and the protective cellophane (liner) must not be removed . Returns of products with the protective layer removed or cut will not be accepted.

  • Refund: The seller will refund the product price within 14 days after receiving the returned items and performing quality control. In case of returns other than defective goods, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

5. WARRANTY (5 YEARS)

  • Scope: Our FIT PPF products are guaranteed against yellowing, cracking, and blistering (excluding incorrect application) for 5 years .

  • Document: A Warranty Certificate, specifically prepared with the Recipient Name and License Plate Information, will be sent with your order.

6. DATA PRIVACY

  • The seller uses personal data only for order processing, delivery, and legal obligations. Detailed information can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA) , where the Seller is headquartered. However, in international consumer transactions, the mandatory protective laws of the Buyer's country of residence shall apply.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By completing the order, the buyer declares that they have read and agree to this Agreement and the "Try Sample First" policy.


2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

1.1. General Rule: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met. 1.2. "Test Sample First" Principle: Please test the free sample included with your order for adhesion, thickness, and gloss.

  • If you like it: You can open and apply the main product.

  • If you are not satisfied: DO NOT OPEN the main product box or protective cellophane. You can return the unopened product and get your money back. 1.3. Products That Cannot Be Returned: Due to their delicate nature;

  • The protective layer (liner) has been removed,

  • Cut, applied or exposed to chemicals,

  • Products shipped outside of their original cylinder box or in damaged condition will not be accepted for return.

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. To request a return, please send an email to www.fitppf.com with your order number.

2.2. Send the product to the address that our support team will provide you (usually to our warehouse in Bursa, Turkey ).

2.3. If the product is not defective, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

3. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

3.1. All products are shipped in sturdy protective cylindrical boxes.

3.2. If the package arrives damaged, broken, or wet, do not accept it . Have the courier fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" and immediately contact us at info@fitppf.com or +90 551 341 31 99 .
